Taylorsville, KY
Cleaning for wood, composite and concrete outdoor living space, matched to what each surface can actually take.
Taylorsville, KY
Decks and patios take weather, foot traffic and organic growth all year, and they do not all clean the same way. Wood, composite and concrete each get the pressure and technique that surface can handle, so mold, algae and embedded grime come off without furring the boards or etching the slab.
Taylorsville is the county seat of Spencer County, with Taylorsville Lake State Park on the doorstep. Most of the horse farms in the county sit closer to the Jefferson and Shelby County lines, because the interior gets hilly. That means two very different jobs here: houses on wooded rural lots, and long runs of board fence and barn siding that green up on the shaded side every year.
Lake humidity and tree cover drive it. Properties near the water and along the trail system stay damp longer, and rural lots tend to have more surrounding tree cover than a subdivision does, so roofs and north walls dry slowly.
The job
Not included: staining or sealing, board replacement or deck repair, sanding or refinishing.
Fence work and house work are priced differently because they are different jobs. Board fence is quoted by the run and by the type rather than off the house square footage.
$0.40/sq ft
$0.40 per sq ft of decking against the $200 job minimum. A 400 sq ft deck computes to $160, so it lands at the $200 minimum.
Chad and Cory Berger own this fifty fifty. Your Taylorsville quote comes from one of the two owners who will be on the property.

Board fence, yes. Long runs of it green up on the shaded side around Spencer County every year, and fence is quoted by the run and by the type, because a privacy fence washed on two sides is a very different job from a picket. For a barn or another outbuilding, ask us first and we will tell you whether it is a job we take.
It does not help. Properties near the water and along the trail system hold humidity longer, and rural lots usually carry more tree cover than a subdivision, so roofs and north walls stay damp well into the day.
