We provide pressure washing services in Louisville, KY, and surrounding areas within our service radius. Pricing, availability, and response times may vary by location.

Estimates and quotes

All estimates provided through this site or by phone are subject to confirmation after we inspect the job. The final scope and price may be revised based on what we find on site. We will always tell you the revised number before we proceed.

Scheduling and cancellation

Scheduled appointments may be rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. We do not charge cancellation fees for ordinary rescheduling. Repeated no-shows may result in our declining to schedule future work.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods are listed on our pricing page. Past due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Kentucky law.

Results and surface condition

Exterior cleaning removes dirt, algae, mold and organic growth. It does not repair or replace the surface underneath. Staining that has permanently etched a surface, oxidation, failing paint or sealant, and damage that existed before we arrived may remain visible after cleaning. We will tell you when we expect that to be the case before we start the work.
