The method matches the surface
Roofs and siding get soft washing: low pressure and a cleaning solution that kills the algae rather than blasting it off. Concrete gets high pressure and a degreaser. Getting that backwards is how shingles lose granules and how siding takes on water, and it is the single most common way this work goes wrong.
The price comes before the work
You get the number first. If something changes once we see the property up close, you hear it from us before we start, not on the invoice afterward.
How to check any exterior cleaner, including us
We would rather hand you the questions than ask you to take our word for it. These four sort the field quickly, and they work on anyone you call, not just on us.
- Soft wash or pressure wash, surface by surface? You want two different answers: low pressure and a cleaning solution on the roof and siding, real pressure and a degreaser on the concrete. One answer for the whole house means one machine pointed at everything, and the roof is where you pay for that.
- Will anyone walk on my roof? Foot traffic causes granule loss on its own, especially on a hot day when the asphalt is soft. The less of it, the better.
- Can I see the insurance certificate? Not a claim on a website, the actual document. Most people never ask. The ones who do have usually been burned.
- Is the price fixed before you start? A number that can move once the equipment is unloaded is not a quote.
