Apartment Breezeways in Louisville

An apartment complex in Louisville, October. We washed the concrete breezeway floors and stairs, using a surface cleaner on the flat concrete.

What we cleaned: Commercial Pressure Washing

Our first business job: the breezeways at an apartment complex in Louisville. Breezeways are the covered walkways between units, with concrete floors and concrete stairs set in black metal frames. Residents walk through them every day. We do not name the property or show anything that points to it.

The floors, with a surface cleaner

On the flat concrete we used a surface cleaner, the round blue tool in the photos. Concrete is porous, and a surface cleaner with real pressure is what pulls the dirt out of it. You can see the soap foam on the floor in the photos.

Why a schedule beats one big cleanup

Foot traffic keeps bringing the dirt back, so a breezeway washed on a schedule stays clean between visits instead of waiting for one big cleanup. That is the kind of work we want with apartment communities: the same breezeways, stairs and walkways, on a regular schedule. More on what we clean at apartment communities: apartment complex pressure washing.

If you manage a property like this

We schedule business work as its own visit, and we block storm drains so the wash water soaks into the soil instead of running into them. The estimate is free, with no obligation.
